Life presents many of us with challenges at some stage in our lives, which we process and deal with, and sometimes we may need to talk about these. However, it’s not always comfortable or practical to talk to those around us, family, friends or colleagues, about these things that are challenging us, which can result in us feeling confused, bewildered, stuck, or overwhelmed by our thoughts and feelings.

I offer a safe therapeutic environment for you to be listened to and understood from, working with you from a Person Centred approach, building a comfortable, trusted and confidential relationship in which, together, we will explore your unique views, perspectives, thoughts and feelings, without any judgement, prejudice, or opinion, working alongside you at your pace, from your viewpoint.

It is my belief that the first step of seeking therapy is the hardest one. With that step taken, I can offer therapy sessions supporting you in the comfort of your own home, if this is something that may suit you, removing some barriers that, potentially, may prevent some from accessing therapy, eliminating transport issues, parking, alongside other difficulties that some of us may be challenged by, anxiety, phobias, mobility problems, health issues etc. Having supported many clients via home visits my experience identifies that people have felt more relaxed in their own surroundings benefitting the therapeutic experience positively for many.

My therapeutic experience has offered support to clients covering the following themes: Anger, Anxiety, Bereavement, Relationships, Work related issues, Low self-esteem, suicide, sudden and traumatic death, Depression, Panic Attacks, Diversity, covering a wide-ranging clientele spanning ages from 20 to 85.

You are very welcome to bring any subject to your sessions you may wish to talk about, and we will work with these together building an honest, open, and empathetic, therapeutic relationship aspiring to promote individual awareness and potential growth, through understanding and evaluation of what you chose to share.
