Why I became a counsellor?
Above all else, I believe your counselling experience should provide a safe place for you to be heard – to explore your feelings without judgement or prejudice. This is especially important for young people growing into the adults they want to become. With you at the centre of my practice, we can work together confidentially and mindfully to explore your feelings, the challenges you are facing, how they might be impacting on your thoughts, your life and your health. You can consider what changes you might make to help towards achieving positive mental health.

Where I have worked/my experience?
I have worked online with a range of young clients affected by a variety of issues including self-esteem, anxiety, depression, concerns with education, relationships and the impact of Covid.

Areas I can work with:
Anxiety, Attachment, Career support, Carer support, Depression, Loneliness, Low self-confidence, Low self-esteem, Mental health, Redundancy, Stress, Work-related stress, Young people 13-25

Counselling Qualification:
NCS member
